a new kind of thrust
Project Harbard is focused on developing a flight capable liquid propelled rocket. Having completed preliminary characterization, Harbard is currently designing the engine system with plans to manufacture and test in Spring of 2021. The ensuing semesters after a successful test will then be dedicated to airframe design, manufacture, and flight. The engine will run on liquid oxygen/rp-1 and produce 1000 pounds of thrust. Those who work on Harbard will develop a comprehensive understanding of liquid propulsion and gain practical design experience.
